Aprés Winter Hyperfixations -- What's going to carry me into Spring and Summer

Hyper-fixations. By definition is an intense and prolonged focus on something. In my world it’s a focus on something enjoyable. Something that adds instead of subtracts. I try not to use the term guilty pleasure, but that’s neither here nor there.

What are the things that you are indulging in and experiencing in life that, for you, make it seem like the best thing. Something that you do day after day, every two weeks, monthly. That thing that gives you a little pep in your step.
